Default Residence status in Britain

Hi guys,

My fiance is a UKC and I am a USC. I am applying for a Fiance Visa.
She will come here to the the US and we'll get married (hypothetically
speaking in March 2007).

My next iconcerns her Conditional status in the US. Based on the
Conditional
status, what is the maximum accumulative amount of time she is allowed
to leave the US in
that 2 years? Her mother is ill and my soon-to-be wife will tend
to her mother's needs.

Please help me with the following questions:

In the event I should go to the UK with my wife and start my ILR
procedures in the UK, can I stay in the UK and can my wife return to
the US to file for her "Removal of Condition status" without me?

Do I need to return with her? If so, will I need to restart the UK ILR
application if I return with her to the US?

Any information will help.

Thank you

Hi:

Excellent but sophisicated questions.

Out of the two year period, the maximum amount of time she can stay
outside of the US is two years. I know that is a tautology, but it is
an pretty obvious one.
