Default Recieved Interview Waiver

I recieved my interview waiver and medicals today. I had sent my
application to buffalo on June 18 2002(File created on Nov 14 2002). I
was expecting them to ask me for more documentation since I had not
put in any documentation for English language proficiency in which I
clamed all 16 points. Besides I cut it a bit close with points since
they had only my one year of experience on file. I hadnt updated them
of two more years since. Anyway they pleasantly suprised me with this.

My points were 25(Master's degree), 16(English), 15(for work ex),
10(age), 0(arranged employment) and 0(for adaptability)=66.

My documentation was complete except for language proficiency. I had
shown a year of research assistantship. And I hadnt updated my work
experience(I would have got 4 more points here).

I hope this is useful to the members of this newsgroup from where I
got an accurate understanding of the immigration law and an idea of
how it works in practice.

Best wishes to all.
