my skilled indep 136 visa is being sent off in the next few weeks. i
have 120 points and meet all basic requirements. i am just worried about
1 part of the basic requirement for recent work exp. i am a secondary
school teacher and for last 3 years have worked as a teacher. for the
first 2 years i was in a secondary school and for the last year i have
been in a school for 11-16 year olds who have behaviuor problems. so i
have been doing exact same job as when in a secondary school but
basically with naughty kids and dealing with smaller class sizes, so
teaching exact same subject in same way but to up to 8 kids instead of
up to 30 kids. the school name is a high school but is classed as a
special school not a secondary school in official paperwork. will this
mean i won't meet the recent work exp requirment?please help, i do have
an agent and he says it makes no difference as i am doing exact same job
as i did for the first 2 years in a secondary school. so for the
requirement of 12 out of the last 18 months (8months were at the
secondary school and 10 were at the school i'm at now.)
