1. As answered previously, this refers to the page (or pages) in your
passport that show(s) your personal data and any amendments to them.



2. Yes.



3. If you read the letter sent to you by ASPC, you will find that your
question is answered there. I would suggest you read the letter word
for word a few times - it pays to do so.



4. This question has been answered a few times. And the answer is
always the same: "usually yes, but not always so". Getting the
police/medical request is usually a good sign, but nothing is cast
in stone until you enter Australia as a permanent resident for the
first time.
