Bhanu,

That's just a heading under which all your visa condition(s) is/are
be listed.

The visa conditions can be found in Schedule 8 of the Migration
Regulations, which is why the "Schedule 8" bit comes up on your visa.
Take a look at the FAQ and read up on how you can understand your visa
label better, for more information on how to read your visa label.

Dear peter

Thanks a lot and is it only for us or all the migration visas have the
same condition? We went to australia on temporary visitor visas earlier
and that visas also has the same condition.

Please let me know this too.

Bhanu,

I said this:

"That's just a heading under which all your visa condition(s) is/are

The mentioning of Schedule 8 itself is not a condition! You
didn't even list out a single condition in your original post. So I have
no idea what "condition" you are referring to.

You'll have to be a lot more specific than this if you want any
meaningful response, I'm afraid.

Dear peter

Thanks for the explanation. In my visa it says first entry must be
before 14th march 2004. and my husbands visas has condition 8502 no
entry before bhanu. Only these informations were there. Otherthan this
there was a explanation that it is a multiple travel and holder(s)
permitted to remain in Australia indefinitely.

bhanu

Hi Bhanu,

Actually 8502 is the message code for 'DO NOT BOARD' message that will
be sent to the airline by the Australian Customs if your husband tries
to check-in at the airport to travel to Australia before you make your
first entry.

Regards,

Rajesh

Dear rajesh

Thanks a lot for the comment. I am happy that my husband cant go before
me and even he tries he will not be allowed to board.!!!!!!!!

So after all your reply I am relaxed about the conditions and dont
bother about them anymore.

thanks a lot

with love
