Folks,
I promised to update you with this situation and here is the latest
news.

In order to get the condition removed from her GC, there is nothing
that she has not done in her powers. After her husband filed for a
divorce, she made numerous false police reports saying that "my
husband called me and he has told me that he will kill me if I don't
leave this country". She then threatened her closest friends and her
boyfriends not to testify at the court of the OFP hearing. At the
court, with her pro-bono lawyers, she falsely accused her husband of
domestic abuse and threatening. The court granted her OFP. Just few
weeks after that trial, she falsely conspired with her boyfriend and
accused him again of coming to her house in violation the OFP. Even
though that was not enough, she wrote a bizarre and threatening letter
to herself and accused her husband of writing it. Then, the police
called her husband and took his finger prints and DNA to match it with
the letter. Her husband told them that the letter was a hoax and it
was her who wrote it. Then they also asked her to give them her DNA.
However, she refused to come to the police station and she refused to
give them her DNA. The court also found her husband "not guilty"
and acquitted him of violating the OFP after 6 friends and
acquaintances came to the court, testified and established his firm
alibi beyond any reasonable doubt. The USCIS received the numerous
false police reports she made against her husband, they also got a copy
of court's findings. Her own closest friends, whom she threatened
with their cars and life, wrote to the USCIS that this woman was a drug
addict and a serial adulteress who sleeps with men for money. They
also received a number of phone recordings of hers, her boyfriends, and
her girlfriends admitting of either sleeping with her or of seeing her
sleeping with others for money and abusing illegal drugs. They also
wrote a sworn affidavit of the above facts.

However, despite all these facts, the USCIS removed the condition from
her GC and she will be a USC in just few more years.

I guess, what most of you have said was right and I was wrong.
