I actually don't know...!!! The thing is I feel so clueless with the whole situation...!! My husband and I got a lawyer and he has not explained anything to me to the point of me understanding..!!! All I know is he has sent off the papers needed for my conditional greencard..!!! When I call to ask him a question I don't feel he wants to answer my questions..so for me it makes that hard..he thinks I'm stupid or something I guess...!!! So that's where I stand..!! I'm so confused..!!!
