If the immigration didnt get your 751 before the expiration of your Conditional Residence Card, you will authomatically be placed for deportation you can ask for an appeal but you will be on court and they will be the one who will decide for your faith based on your reasons and evidence. There will be no problem even you're divorced as long as you can prove that the marriage was not a fraud.
