Hi,

I have got free grant letter and its asking me to send health
undertakign ? what does it mean?

Is that i have some health problem???? and case officer has also asked
me send 1022 form again?

why health undertakign is required and i have just 5 months to enter
australia if my visa get grant?

It means that you have to return the health undertaking form, duly
completed.

That's one possibility. Or DIMIA may have reason to monitor your health
status or perform some follow-up tests when you arrive.

So just send it again.

Because there may be some reason for DIMIA to want to follow up on your
health situation.

Thanks a lot and i think you are always front runner to answer..:-)

But should i mention which state i will land in australia and date of
journey now it self??????? i am bit confused. 815 form asks crazy
questions... date of arrival to au and flight number etc .....etc.....

we have not decided yet when and where to go???

any tips from you....?????
