RCMP vs Police Security Clearance

Can anybody tell me the difference between RCMP & Police security clearance?
Because I can get police security clearance in Canada in about less than 2
weeks, but if I try to get it from the RCMP it takes 4 months. That's a huge
difference.

You will have to get an RCMP certificate, sorry.
