Default Questions Regarding IEAust's Migration Assessment for Washington Accord Category

Dear All,
I'm in the preliminary stage of applying for Australian PR through general skilled migration scheme and would like to ask several questions.

I hold a Bachelor's of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computer Engineering from a Washington Accord accredited program. I have been working as Embedded Software Engineer in the mobile telecommunications industry for nearly 3 years. I also have a sister in Melbourne who is willing to sponsor me.

Based on the information provided, I would like to ask the following questions:
1. My degree is accredited by the Washington Accord. However, since Computer/Software Engineer is not listed in SOL, What would be the suitable nominated occupation? Is it Electronics Engineer? In fact, my current job scope is partially reflected in the Electronics Engineer's task list within the Australian Bureau of Statistics' website.
2. Do I need to engage a migration agent?
3. What are the chances of me getting the australian PR?

I really that hope you can answer my questions and share your experience with this migration process . Thanks alot in advance.

Best regards,
Gerdiman
