If you are now in the US, you may need to file through I-485 adjustment
of status. There are many forms included with this submission in
addition to the I-485, including the G-325A, I-864, medicals etc. If
you do not know anything about an adjustment fiing, it may be worthwhile
to at least consult with an attorney.
