Questions again

I'm getting tired of asking questions.

We applied for I-130 marriage visa last year, we got the I-130 approval
letter, then got this I-864 processing fee bill letter, we never sent
this though because we wanted to change the embassy, as I didnt go back
to the UK as intended.

How do we go about changing the processing from UK embassy to USA, and
after I-864 bill is sent, how much longer till greencard?

Main reason I want greencard now is because I want to be able to
leave usa without being banned for 10yrs and never being able to get
back to my wife.

This whole thing is way too long and complicated, we been married nearly
2yrs now, its ridiculous.

Should have just filed the whole lot as told to you Feb......

Its called "adjustment of status" -- there is a lot of
information on this.

If you are now in the US, you may need to file through I-485 adjustment
of status. There are many forms included with this submission in
addition to the I-485, including the G-325A, I-864, medicals etc. If
you do not know anything about an adjustment fiing, it may be worthwhile
to at least consult with an attorney.
