Questions about I-90
Some questions about I-90:
Part 2 - 1: Am I "Permanent Resident - (Not a Commuter)" or "Permanent Resident - (Commuter)"? Part 3: Is "Destination in US at time of Admission" the same as "Port of Entry where Admitted to US"? I arrived through Detroit with my K1, so I assume both those answers are "Detroit"? -- |

They have to come across a certain number of days each year to work. If you live in the US then you aren't a commuter. In the event of a K-1, I believe that may be the address you put on the i-94 arrival/departure form. They stapled half of that in your passport. The port of entry would be Detroit. -- |

If not, then your destination in the USA was not Detroit, it was where ever you went after being Admitted in Detroit. Regards, JEff
