Hi,

Do you have to have a guarantor signing your papers when sending an
application for citizenship or this is only for PR Cards?

You need a guarantor when applying for PR Card if you are a PR or when
applying for Canadian passport if you are Canadian citizen. You don't need a
guarantor when applying for citizenship. You wouldn't need to ask this
question if you would simply review application kit for citizenship.
