Default Question on e-Client status

I start sponsoring my wife from China on Oct 2003. We submited all required
documents..
Last week the e-Client status switch from 'In Process' to 'Decision Made'
but no new entries added.
Then 1 week later it switch back to 'In Process' and a new message 'Medical
results have been received'
been added. Any idea what stage I am at now? Also, did the Visa officer made
a mistake by put my status
to "Decision Made" ?? and then realize his/her mistake and switch it back?

Thanks!

Things are progressing in your wife's application. Thee are a number of
"decision made" steps so the term is not very helpful without knowledge of
other events.

Thanks for your reply..Now 2 weeks later it switch back to 'Decision Made'
with a new message, saying
they will contact my wife regarding the decision..

Let's hope it's a request for her passport. :)

Same thing happen to my e-client. It changed to Decision Made,
without any comment. Then a week later it changed back to In Process,
and a comment regarding Medical Exams was added. A week after that I
received my request for Passport. I have now sent my passport to
buffalo and I am still waiting for the reply. And the client still
says In Process.
