Default A question about Peruvian to Canada immigration

What are the immigration laws surrounding this? How can Peruvians get
their Canadian citizenship? Would it be easier to get into Quebec or what?

You can find the immigration indormation you need at the CIC's website at
www.cic.gc.ca
Its all there including the forms and guides and a self-assessment feature.
