Default Question about Manitoba Provincial Nominee program

Greetings,

In following this group for a while now, I see a lot of people
applying for the Manitoba Provincial Nominee program.
My question is: what is so different/special about this program that
it attracts so many prospective applications?

Are there any specific skills demand, or job oppurtunities in
Manitoba, which are not available in other provinces, which attracts
so many applicants?

Thanks and best wishes everyone.
