Hi, Everyone.
I'm about filing the form I-751 now. There is a question I'm not sure about. I would appreciate you if you're familiar with this form and if you could help me with this.

On the Part 5 of filing this form, I suppose to put all children if
I have. My husband and I have a 9 months old daughter who was born between us, and she is U.S. citizen. 1) Do I put her name? 2) if so, what's her immigration status? is it U.S. citizen? 3)The instruction says "listed under Part 5 of form I-751, is required to submit an additional biometric services fee of $80.00". Do I have pay her biometric fee, too ? or she doesn't need to because she is U.S. citizen?
