Default Question about which date to base green card app on?

I have an AOS approval letter from Dallas district office dated December
20th 2003.
I also got an NOA letter from the TSC saying " Welcome to the United States"
dated June 13th 2003. Your green card will arrive in 3 weeks.
Question: Which date should I be using when I file 90 days before expiration
of green card for permanent?

Thanks for any help I get.....

The date on the green card. 90 days before it expires, file.

Unless I'm reading your post incorrectly, you were given a green card
six months before being approved for it. No wonder you have an issue as
to when to file for removal of conditions.
