Query on sponsorship of parents (mother)

Hi,

I intend to sponsor my mother for immigration to Canada. I am a PR
myself and have been in Canada for a little under a year now and
satisfy the CIC minimum income criteria for parental sponsorship.

As my mother would be retiring this year and she does not have anyone
else back home I need to hasten the sponsorship process and hence want
to apply on H&C grounds - reason being, she will be retired in the
next 4 months and she has no other children back home. The current
waiting period of 4 - 5 years is far too long for me to wait.

Could anyone please point me to the "procedure of applying for
sponsoring parents to Canada on H&C grounds" - is there a special form
for this, do I need to submit this to a special CIC office or the
routine one in Mississauga. I already have the normal parental
sponsoringship form - the one for applying for parental sponsoring
from outside Canada. Is that same form valid or would I need a
specdial form?

H&C won't make process any faster. And it is not even intended for your
purpose.
