Default Prospective marriage or spouse

My partner and I havent decided whether or not to get married in her country
first and apply for a spouse visa or apply for prospective marriage visa.
Whats the difference? Whats easier to get? We basically just want the
easiest way for her to get into the country and as marriage is inevitable
and also what we want, we need to decide which way to go about it.
