Default previous PR record

Hi Folks
I wonder how important is previous refusal of PR application with
regard to one's new application. How is it checked in the database of
CIC and how does it affect the new application?

Thank you in ad advance for your information.

Default Re: previous PR record

Unless the refusal is based upon criminality or security concerns or
dishonesty there will be no effect upon a new application.
