What can I say? Applied 13th April 2004 and got it on 7th
September 2005.

I got an SMS on Tuesday morning whilst at EuroDisney that we had got it.
What a great feeling!

After just under 17 months, it feels so so good.

Good luck to everybody else still waiting, but especially to any of my
pre-July buddies!

And the usual thanks to every single person that has offered help,
support and advice.

Do you know, I feel as good as if I "got it" myself! I feel privileged
to be one of the first to say CONGRATS to you and your family. Great to
see another pre-Julyer getting it as well of course. Soooo pleased for

Oh my God ! excellent news... I feel so happy for you, youcanlaugh.
After all those difficulties, now it is time to move on. Wish you a

I feel so relaxed now. It's great. I've just managed to wrangle another
couple of days money out of my current contract (don't worry, it's a
big company, not some poor little old lady!) so I'll be staying on a
few more days, but still hope to be on that flight before the end of
the month.

Got to make a stopover for 5 days on my way to Perth so trying to decide
where to stay. Singapore seems the obvious choice, but it seems like
HongKong Kuala Lumpa and Bangkok are also possible alternatives.

LOL I know so many places so little time We are stopping over in
Singapore (when we finally go!) my family used to live there always
wanted to see the place.
