Im uk based applying for 136 skilled visa which I want to front-load.

Ive got 1101 from AHC in London, and Ive requested my UK Police
character reference for £10 about 2 weeks ago.

I'm looking at the Form 1101 which is Police Checks in Aus.
- It asks 'which visa processing office' ?? Any ideas...

When I send off My 47sk do I include the 1101 , and the UK Police
Certificate, or... Do I send off the 1101 now to 'locked box' or
whatever the address is to get the response back and THEN send off to
DIMIA with the 47sk ? .

Sorry to be dumb - Ive searched but cant see answer to this question.

why did you get it from the AHC in london?

I am in the process of doing the same thing. I thought the UK Police
check would be sufficient to send off. Now Im not sure. The other form
can be downloaded on the web.

Can anyone who has sent their police check through clarify what exactly
they sent? Ie Just the UK police check or UK Police check & Australian
police form.

I think that the UK police check is sufficent unless you have lived in
Auz for 12 months and then you will need to fill the form in.

Not totally sure tho - Correct me if i am wrong anyone??

And do we send 1101 form that we download from immi.gov.au web site with
the police report?

I am not up to this stage yet, but i was under the impression that you
need forms 160 and 26, 80, 47sk and a Uk police check which you get from
the police station....

Anyone?????

I think you also need 1101 form, I might be wrong, please
somebody verify...

I got 1101 because I wrote the AHC London requesting medical forms.
They sent medicals and 1101's for each of us ( including my 5 & 7 yr
olds... duh).

Ive got the UK police cert but this form too... not sure what to
do with it?.

So when people get 'PCC's' Requested - are they just sending over the UK
Police Certificate for £10 from local police station ... or ... are
they filling in 1101's....

Is 1101 the same with the one that we can download from the web site?

How long did it take for you to get the forms when you request it from
AHC?
