Re: Police Certificate from canada
So nice to see some posters from North America. I have been about to
give up on this ng. Most posts seem to apply to Brits and I have had
little response to queries.
We are applying for a Prospective Spouse visa. I can tell you that the
FBI takes its own sweet time, 4 - 6 weeks. We are up to at least 4 and
waiting.
Not only that but we were told that military discharge papers would
take 25 weeks (from 1969). Many calls got that down to 1 week.
The only progress we have noted with the application so far is that my
partner's visa has been debited but even that took far longer than we
expected.
Good luck,
Meryl
