Default Police certificate/clearance

I am planning to apply for Canada PR. Can anybody give the details of how to obtain the police certificate/clearance.

I am from India but I have been working in USA for the last three years with my H1B.

Any information on how to obtain the police certificate/clearance for USA and India will be appreciated.

Thanks
Manoranjan

Go to your local police station in the USA. Pay for the police clearance and have yourself fingerprinted. It should cost about thirty dollars.

You will also need FBI clearance to emigrate to Canada. Check the Canadian immigration websites on how best to obtain this...I am using a lawyer, who is filing the forms, so I can't help you here.
