Here is some facts:



1) I lived in the UAE for 18 years until I was 18 years old.

2) I left the UAE after 6 months and 10 days of turning 18 years old
to the US.

3) Lived in the US for 10 years and 4 months.



My question is, Do I need a police certificate from the UAE?
