Default police certificare from india at the final stage

processing of my application started on july 22 of 2002. i have question
on police certificate. the last time i received correspondence from cic
in buffalo, i was adviced to take my medical exam, give copies of
updated documents and was asked to produced FBI clearance.
they did not
ask me for police certificate from Indian, my country of citizenship.

since they didnt ask me to submit indian pollice certificate (while
particularly asking for FBI fingerprint/clearance certificate), does
that mean they dont require it from me. and that they have done their
own inquiries?? or should i get one now and send it ? i have completed
all the other requirements per the last mail from cic and am actually
waiting for "decision made" status in e-client/passport request.
i would
greatly appreciate Andrew responding to this question.

thanks

mr andrew some time back said that for india cic does the check on its own.
In fact in the old reg forms it specifically said that but with new rules
the checklist is very generic....very little country specific information
is there in it.

Before going any further you should consult a highly
skilled immigration consultant such as myself. If you want I can meet
you at the Tim Hortens on Granville pretty much any time or if are not
in Vancouver you can usually find me in the #teenanimalsex chatroom on
DalNet under the nickname of JoeHung. If you
decide to use my services I will require payment in full, in cash, to
be taped in a waterproof bag in the 3rd from the left toilet at
the downtown bus station made no later that 48 hours from the start of
our contract.

Each visa post is different with regard to police clearance requirements
for applicants. Follow instructions and there should be no problem. If
they didn't ask for it in your initial assessment, they haven't asked.
They may, however, but act on the request when asked.
