Hello All friends,
I already posted Police Reports and Medical to DIMIA. We sent in our
medicals and PCC in mid October Today I received
Health Undertaking Form 815 Really I am much tensed & nervous I only
wait for Grant Letter. Any Person Know about Why DIMIA Send This Form
to Applicants after Medicals. Is this new strange matter or Good
Response Pleased Help on This Matter?
Who is required to send the Form 815 / what is the purpose of Form
815?

My main question is about the latter form asking for a Health
Undertaking, is this something that all applicants are required to
send
in, or is it possible I have a condition they might want to monitor.
According to my doctor I passed the medicals, so I am thinking it's
just
something everyone has to do. Also, how do I fill in the part about
when
I plan to arrive in Australia if I don't have a clue when I will be
expcepted to migrate.

Did you receive a letter with the health undertaking form?
If so, you need to follow the instructions and fill in as much detail
as you can.

From my understanding, I think only those who had evidence of TB
exposure/disease or history of TB that should fill it out and
send it back.

I did not fill this form because I had no evidence of TB and my PR visa
was granted!!

Sorry opinion is wrong I have no any Disease of TB or not any history
of TB in mine Familly.
