Please stop e-mail messages

I have gone to the web-site preferences and requested no e-mail, but
the mail just keeps coming. I don't need the digest of all the
messages posted. They are no value to me and I cannot contribute to
the group. Please discontinue the e-mail.

Please read the FAQ's on howto disable the emails. Do not bombard the
forums.
