Default Please Help

I am an American Born Citizen, my fiance is in Canada, we were tryin to have her move here but i was unable to sponsor her financially, and unable to obtain a sponsor. I was thinking, if i went for a (visit) to see her, in Canada and we got married while i was there, how long would i be able to stay with her in Canada, would it be extremely hard for me to eventually live there, and she would be able to sponsor me there, so what would any of you think our options would be? We just wanna be together, no matter who lives where. I appreciate any and all repsonses. Also i owe back child support here in US, no criminal record of any kind, would the child support be something that would preclude me from being in Canada?

I don't think you're allowed to move out of the country if you owe money there. I know from filling out the paperwork to leave Canada for America that I couldn't leave if I owed money to the gov't. I'm sure the child support would be similar.

Yeah you might have a problem if the money is owed to a State registry for Child support. I think that if it owed directly to the person then you are good. I would suggest that you talk to an Immigration attorney and lay everything out.
