Please suggest me that, do I qualify for canadian immigration according
to new rules and points system:



1) B.E (Electrical) degree (4 years). Which makes 16 years of my
education.

2) One year Diploma in Computer Science.

3) CCNA , TOEFL.

4) IELTS - Academic (August 23,2002) Overall 6.0

5) MOBILINK GSM as an "Engineer" 2.5 years of working on job experience.

6) No relative in canada.

7) Doing Master's (By Research)first semester degree in Australia.

You probably should go to the CIC site and do a self assessment. You will
get 20 points for education, check against the ILETS bands on www.cic.gc.ca
the max you will get for English is 8 points,
