Default Petition for UK daughter/step daughter

Hi, i am wondering about which route to take to get my 14yr daughter to the US
permanently.
I am married to a US citizen(wife) and i am a LPR

My daughter in the UK is at risk of going into 'care', foster/local authority,
as her mother has MH problems and is unable to look after her.

I want my daughter to live here and she wants to stay. I am stuck on the best
route. Can i go i-130 and provide documentation for expedition of the
petition, my wife as the citizen would file.
Is there a route under the LIFE process i can take?
My daughter comes here regularly under the VWP for up to 3 months and then
returns. Under the VWP a person gives up all rights to change status, any help
appreciated!

Please, speak to a competent immigration
attorney.

I am also willing to speak to you regarding my own
experiences with a situation which has considerable similarities in a
legal sense but I would not like to relate much of it publicly as I
would not like it to be misunderstood as advice. I do not consider it to
be for general consumption as the facts relating to my own daughter's
case are by their nature case specific.

You have several options, some
reasonably straightforward IMHO. Others I would not consider without
counsel.

Good Luck!

I can't see your email but
mine is

I am more than happy to tell
you of my experiences in dealing with the situation we had. My honest
impression is that the situation is a potential minefield, so, it is far
better to avoid stepping on a mine in the first place than having to
repair the damage afterwards.

Tread carefully.
