Question Pending I-485 and travel outside US

Hello All,

I have a valid H1B until September 2009 but have recently filed for I-485 - application of status (immigration through a family member - my USC husband).
I am a bit confused regarding travel outside the US while my I-485 is pending.
Based on my H1B I can travel and re-enter no problem (and I have to travel to Europe as part of my job twice a year for about one week) BUT as I had to supply a copy of my last re-entry form I-94 with my I-485 application - which will obviously change once I've been out and come back into the country - I am not sure if I

a) have to keep USCIS informed about the changed I-94 OR
b) have to apply for travel with form I-131?
c) keep travelling with my H1B and assume changed I-94 is of no importance?

Would be most grateful if someone could help with advice.

Thanks so much in advance
A
