Hi All,

I am National Of India and Living in USA from Past 4 Yrs on H1B Visa.
I am applying for Canada Immigration under Skilled Worker Class.
And struck with the application process ...

Could some one please help ?

1. When should i send Police Clearence Cretification, Along the Application ?
India Embassy is taking 45 Days to get Polic Clearence.
If i send application now, Can i send PCC later ?

2. I am confused with PCC for my USA stay.
what should i send for USA PCC ?


3. Do i have to send my Birth Certificate along the application ?

4. All my Studies are in English and I am Living in US for 4 Yrs.
What kind of documents do i need to Prove English Proficiency ?

5. Any suggestions for Fast Processing.

[duke] Yes. but just the notarized one. Don't send any document in original.

[duke] We didn't provide any documentation for english proficieny.

[duke] Just prepare your application right and send all the documents asap
when
requested.

[duke] Send the application. You can send the PCC later.

do.

you
like, you can take IELTS and send the result.

[duke] There is nothing called fast processing. Just a note of caution.
Prepare your application
properly and whenever asked for additional documents, send them asap.
