Default Pcc!!!!!!!!!

Hi friends/Experts/Miller/DESI

I have lived in UK, 5 months in 2003
and 5 Months in 2004 on different visa. Also I lived in Hong Kong for 5
months.

Do I need to get PCC from UK and HK?

Thanks,
CanDreams

I would apply for them and send them anyway. In theory, you don't, but
with the time frame of 5 months it gets tricky. For example, if you
arrived in the UK on June 12, 2003 and left on December 15 2003, you
would mark it on the forms as:

06 2003 12 2003

which could easily
be interpreted as 6 months, in which case the visa officer will ask for
a police clearance.

You will need a PC from the UK for sure, and may be asked for one from Hong
Kong.
