Past Conviction

Hi Everyone

I was wondering if anyone could help me I am looking to migrate to
Australia under the skilled Visa category with my girlfriend, however I
have a drug possession conviction from 6 years ago that I received a
fine for.
Does anyone know whether this will stop me from getting a visa.
All your help is appreciated.

Hi Leo did you ever find out about your visa problem I also got a fine
for the same thing but mines was about 16 years ago Thanks in Advance

Why don't you request police checks now to see what would turn up.

Then I would discuss it with an agent as you should disclose everything
to be on the safe side.

Hi all thanks for advice it was nearly 17 years ago but i know what you
