Default Passport Photo

Hi,
I just took passport photos for AOS application. However, I was
wearing a head band on my head. Do you think I need to take it again?

THanks

can't help but wonder who took your passport photo. One would think
they would have told you to take it off. And don't replace the headband
with a hat either,

I went to Kinkos to take the passport pictures. I was wearing a black
headband which did not cover my head like a hat, but I guess, I will
have to re take it. I thought wearing a head band is ok, cause I have
long bang

Hi:

Interesting question -- I don't know the answer, but I wonder if they
even care anymore. The adjustment process now includes having the
government take their own digital photos are part of the "biometric"
process. It seems that the requirement for sending photos is a residual
requirement.

But why risk it for the sake of ten bucks?

I have to side with Folinskyinla on this one. My wife just sent in her
I-751 and included passport photos. Then she got the reciept and
biometrics appointment notice saying they will be taking her picture and
fingerprints. Seems redundant.

Incidentally, the initial receipt notice states that if we are overseas
then to send in passport photos, otherwise we'll be getting a biometrics
appointment notice where they will be taking her photo.

If we had to do it over again we wouldn't have bothered including
photos.

Technically you probably do. Like most things it'll all come down to
the degree of mongness of whoever processes your app.
