Reference letter in such case should provide number of hours worked per week
as otherwise there is no way to convert it to full time equivalent. Part
time can mean anything from just few hours per week to anything under what
is considered a full time in the jurisdiction you worked. Processing
officers have no way to determine your full time equivalent of your work
experience if no conclusive evidence is provided. It is your burden to proof
your claims.
