I hadn't checked this thread in the last week, didn't realize there was
activity here.
Regarding Bird's question, I just added documents that the I-130 asked
for and added anything extra that I thought would prove that "there is
an ongoing marital union". Extra documentation can't hurt, can it?

A note of caution, the $50 online DIY kit I had downloaded had all the
right forms in it but some of them were not the latest versions. I think
it's a good idea to get the list of forms you need and then download the
most recent instructions and forms from uscis.gov.
