Default OT: What pressies to bring the inlaws?

Hi Folks

Anyone got any good idea on what to bring the inlaws as presents? Im
betting
chocolate is always a good think (my fiance thinks that american chocolate
is awful
compared to the stuff we have in the UK).

Can anyone think of anything else :)

Cheers mateys

How
bout something locally made? Whether it's food or crafts, that would be
nice. Or maybe something to do with a local tradition. Like if you were
from Scotland, bring 'em some scotch or a figurine of a guy in a kilt,
or bagpipe music. Alot of it really depends on the in-laws probably!

Why not ask your hubby what they like and dont like. I would buy them
both an individual personal present if you can, they will feel more
special and something that will remind them of you.

Choccies can get
eaten and arent so personal.

Jumpers, scalves, crafts, ornaments, piece
of jewellery........

Have fun anyway

Mercedes.

Lets see, my husband brought my mom a nice piece of handcrafted jewelry.
He didnt bring my dad or stepdad anything specifically. His parents
brought them a really beautiful Irish crystal picture frame. And my
mother displays it with our wedding photo in it. I thought that was a
really great gift!

What kind of people are they? If they are pretty social, perhaps an adult boardgame. If they are into live entertainment, two tickets to a dinner theatre, or a broadway production. If they are the outdoorsie type, just about anything from Canadian Tire will do. If they are renovating their home... some good wood might tickle their fancy. Consider their hobbies. Hope I helped you out.
