Default OT NYC 90 Day Adjustment

According to the Immigration Column written by Allan Warnick in the New
York News today, October 28, 2004, NYC is participating in a 90 day
adjustment of status for I-485 filers. Also the advice was if your case
is long overdue you can file a new I-485. However, the only hitch with
that is that there might be a delay with finding your old file before
they can adjudicate the new filing.

Its not really what they're PLANNING on doing, its what theyre already
doing. This has been going on for a few months already, and its actually
working. If I was one of those people that has been waiting for years on
their AOS, I would DEFINATELY re-file if thats an option.

..And when you re-file it, you would have to pay again for the I485
fee?
