Ordering CAIPS slows down process?

Does ordering CAIPS have any negative effect on process? Someone in the other forum says that it will result in your file being put to the bottom of the file?

No, they just take a "snapshot" of the information in their internal system
and send it to you. It is not even the visa officer doing this, it's someone
in another government department entirely.

No, it has no effect, it just printed off the computer.
