Default Online status check

Has anyone tried checking their case status online? I have just tried
and here is what I got. "The status for this Receipt Number cannot be
found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case
receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or
concerns about your case status, please contact the National Customer
Service Center"



What am I supposed to do now??

Yeah. It was the same shite back when I got my citizenship app.
processed. Still reads like the same old same old.

The same thing happened to me. When I called the National Customer
Service Ctr I was told that "it happens all the time and I shouldn't
worry". Well, a week later I got a letter with an interview date. I am
guessing that once your file gets transferred form the center where you
applied to the district office, the website always reports this "cannot
be found" error.
