The same thing happened to me. When I called the National Customer
Service Ctr I was told that "it happens all the time and I shouldn't
worry". Well, a week later I got a letter with an interview date. I am
guessing that once your file gets transferred form the center where you
applied to the district office, the website always reports this "cannot
be found" error.
