Online EAD application question...

Hello,

https://egov.immigration.gov/ins_efi...=Select_I 765

Now that the EAD renewal form can be completed online, I have a question
about how to best answer one of the questions.

The question is on the second page, and it asks for "Current Immigration
Status".
Personally, my status is awaiting my I-485, or Pending Permanent Resident,
as I used to write on the paper version of the form.

Any idea, as to the correct equivalent in that drop down box.

My "Manner of Last Entry into the U.S." was H1B.

What are the choices ? I don't remember anymore, but last
time I e-filed, I used similar thing, or just entered those
2-3 numbers corresponding in my EAD...

I'm not sure, but I would choose IMM (even though technically that is not
accurate) and explain in the box below. You could also choose Unknown.
None of the categories seem to be completely appropriate.

Of course, if you had used Advance Parole, then you would be PAR or DT.
