Does anyone know how long herb and I will have to wait for NVC to clear our
file on to London Embassy ?

I know there are a few ppl on here that have UK fiance's and have seen a few
files leave NVC in just a few days if going off to London UK but I guess it
depends on individual cases ....am I correct ?

Any help appreciated

I think so Michelle......i am waiting to hear if the NVC have sent ours
to London too so we are in the same boat. Lets see who gets their forms
there first! NVC received our petition on the 11th December.



Do you know if NVC have received your I-129F approval? It's worth
calling them on: 001 603 334 0700. (IF going through K1 route)....then
press 1 then 2 when prompted.



Which service center was ur petition at?

In my case my I-129f was approved June 12th, NVC sent a letter dated
June 30th saying they had recently received my file and are forwarding
things to London within a week. My P3 is dated July 7th. So that would
make it less than a month from time of approval to time of P3.

Michelle - My USC received a letter from the NVC on 24th October saying
that the papers would be forwarded to the London embassy within the next
week. I received packet 3 on November 6th. My interview is tomorrow -
I'll keep you posted on what happens!
