Default NSC caught in Time Warp?!?

Ok.. I'm just a LEETLE confused here..

I JUST got a letter from "CRIS" with subject:
"Case Status Information for Receipt Number: WAC040145xxxx"

It goes on to say:

On June 27, 2004(!) your case was received for processing here.
...
It is taking is between 90 and 120 days to process this.
...
...
Please do not respond to this email..

As I recall, this part was called NOA2..

OK then..

They seem to be a little behind the times.. Events that have happened
SINCE
June 27/04:
-K1 approved, sent to Montreal (July/August sometime)
-K1 interview to get visa in Montreal on Sept 14/04
-K1 entry to US on Sept 22/04
-marriage on Sept 24/04 (church blessing earlier)
-AOS application early Nov/04
-EAD/AP granted Jan/05
-CPR granted April 19/05

So, basically, I WAS all set to wait until Jan '07 for the ever popular
removal-o'-conditions..

And now this?!?

Anyone else?

Mattias

Perhaps you got someone else's NOA by mistake. That happens sometimes.
The dates don't match any of yours at all.

Or, the date was a typo or something...very weird.

Well.. Looking back at my email archive.. I got two emails (quite
common, I think) on June 24, 2004 that on June 23, 2004 the NSC APPROVED
our K1 petition (I'm the alien).
Sorry about wrong dates above..

And the case numbers match - they ARE for our case number.

The email header shows Oct 11, 2005..
