Nov. 2001 Buffalo applicant - passport request
Yesterday I received a passport request from Buffalo.
My timeline is: 1. Sent application to Buffalo, USA on Nov. 13, 2001 (Category: Independent) 2. AOR on Jan. 7, 2002 3. Interview Waiver on Dec. 13, 2002 Required additional documents: Reference letter from current employer, Evidence of funds, Paystubs from current employer, W-2 form. Also, received medical forms and advice "do not complete your medicals until 6 months from the date of this letter". 4. Sent the additional documents a week later. 5. Medical exams on June 12, 2003 6. Sent RPRF (ROLF) on June 27, 2003 7. Sep. 23, 2003 - e-Client status changed to "Decision Made" 8. Oct. 3, 2003 - Passport request; 30 days to send passports + photos Background: Lived in 2 countries - Bulgaria (until Jun 2000) and USA (still there, on H1-B). Good luck to all still waiting. And don't be impatient like me - I ordered my CAIPS notes 2 weeks ago but received a passport request before them. |
