Hi there,



I am applying for permanent residence I-485 form and is currently on a
H1 B visa.

In the application they ask for my non-immigrant visa number and I am
not sure which number they want???



On my visa stamped in my passport I have one long control number in
black font in the upper right corner and one 8 digit number in red font
located in the middle/lower right corner of the visa.



Does anyone know which one they are asking for???



I don't want to put the wrong number on the app.

Hi Robban



I used to work for American Airlines and had to enter visa numbers all
the time when people checked in for immigration in the US. The visa
number is the red one.
