No reply to I-864/DS-230
I have my priority date 1 year back. I had received letter from INS to
select AOS/Consulate process. I did not reply it so the file went for consulate process. Now I have made my mind to do AOS. Now Consulate asked me to fill DS-230 and INS asked my wife to fill I-864. My lawyer told me not to do it until my priority date became current. Will it be an issue later on If I don't reply to both? Please advice. Thanks |
